Grok is the companion site for GROK, a Semi-Realism, high-AI, 2x growth server for The Isle. Sign in with Steam and the site automatically tracks the dinosaurs you've grown, the coins you've earned, and where your herd has roamed.

Click Sign in with Steam on the landing page. There's no separate password to set up — your Steam identity is your account here.

The nav bar at the top gets you everywhere: Dinos is your vault of stored creatures, Crates lets you spend coins on loot, Map shows you and your friends' positions live on the isle, Events lists community events, and Shop and Account hold skins, items, body-drop cosmetics, your profile and inventory.

They're the two currencies shown in the top-right of the nav bar — herbivore and carnivore coins, earned by playing on the server. Spend them in the Shop or on crates. You can earn Herb Coins by playing herbivores and Carn Coins by playing carnivores, you can also earn both by playing omnivores. Coins are tracked on your account, so you can spend them on any character you play.

Storing a grown dinosaur banks it off-server so you are able to play another one without loosing your current one. You can retrieve it from the Dinos page whenever you're ready to play it again.

Owning and launching The Isle Evrima from Steam gets you in — search for GROK -Voice- Semi-Realism -High AI- 2x in the in-game server browser under the Unofficial category. Sign in here with the same Steam account you play with so your coins, vault, and progress line up.

Voice chat is proximity-based and works automatically — no extra setup. While you're signed in on the site and connected to the game server, a floating voice bar appears; click Connect to join it. You'll be heard by, and hear, other players near you in-game.

The voice bar has a mic icon to mute/unmute yourself and a headphone icon to deafen/undeafen (stop hearing everyone). Both are one click, at any time.

Open the settings popover on the voice bar to pick your input/output devices, adjust output volume and mic gain, and toggle spatial audio, echo cancellation, noise suppression, and automatic gain control.

Yes — the Isle Grok desktop voice app connects to the same voice chat using your website login, so you can keep it open separately from your browser while you play. It also adds global hotkeys for push-to-talk, mute, and deafen, which the browser version can't do. Download it here.
